Installation Guide

Follow these instructions to install IA AVATAR safely on a compatible Windows computer.

System requirements

Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit recommended.
At least 4 GB of RAM.
Sufficient free storage space for the application and its educational resources.
Audio output is recommended for voice features.

Installation steps

Download the installer only from the Microsoft Store or the official NovaSphere Technologies website.
Close any previous instance of IA AVATAR.
Double-click IA_AVATAR_ASSISTANT_setup.exe.
Review the information displayed by the installation wizard.
Select the installation folder when this option is offered.
Click Install and wait for the operation to complete.
Click Finish, then launch IA AVATAR from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.

Security notice

Do not install copies obtained from unofficial download websites. Verify that the filename, publisher information and download source are correct.

Installation troubleshooting

If installation does not complete, restart Windows, verify available disk space and ensure that another installation is not already running. Then consult the installer return codes.
